Yes, finally for some strange reasons, my last tank of petrol worked out a a fuel consumption of 11km/ltr. For months, my fuel consumption has been in the high of 9km/ltr (~9.8 on average).

Drove Bee like a mad man over the weekend because I was part of the Brothers contingent for a good buddy wedding. Gotta commute all over Singapore and because of the fact that the bridal car is a BMW, I have to floor the accelerator pedal in order to keep up with the rest on the road. And I thought that will severely impact of fuel consumption.

But it wasn't to be.

I have read up on the net that drivers' experience with this model is that there is a need to drive it hard. Floor the pedal, get up to cruising speed asap in order to get a decent fuel consumption. I have experiment with this kind of driving but my fuel consumption went down to 8km/ltr instead. :/ Or is it that I didn't drive it hard enough previously?

Gonna try it with another tank of fuel to verify.
